The International Company for Touristic Projects (ICTP) established Maxim Restaurants in 1996, located in front of Cairo Marriott Hotel, Zamalek.

Maxim Restaurants is a multiphase visionary touristic project. The first phase was the outstanding and luxurious cruising restaurant “Nile Maxim”.

The second phase was the docked complex of restaurants established in 2005 with the most delightful and elegant restaurant and lounge “Veranda”.

“Khulkhal” Arabian restaurant was opened in 2007 on the upper deck with the unbeatable open air atmosphere on the Nile offering varieties of Arabian cuisines; Egyptian‚ Gulf‚ Moroccan and Lebanese

By mid 2008, “Rotana Café” is expected to open on the first floor. 2 new outlets ”Risas” and ”Maxim Fish Market” will also be fully operating by end of 2008 which will change the vision of the restaurants on the Nile and how first class service‚ food concepts‚ entertainment and tempting atmosphere can be founded.
